Defective or damaged products

We inspect and pack everything that goes out, but we know that things can go wrong in transit. If what you've received is damaged on its way to you, or is in any way defective or not as described, please shout. Include your order number and where possible, we may ask you to send a a photo (via email) of the product and packaging in question. Having as much information as we can is useful. Thanks!

Changing Your Mind

Sometimes we all make rush decisions, or don't get the size quite right when making a selection. The laws around Change of Mind differ from country to country, but with a little communication I'm sure we can work everything out.

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase (other than where the product is damaged or defective per the above), then let's talk - you'll just need to get in touch within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please be aware that in this scenario you'll need to pay for the shipping, and if we do not receive your returned product, we may not be able to refund it - so please ensure you keep your proof of postage. Bottom line (to paraphrase Hal Hartley) is you be good to us, and we'll be good to you.
