Defective or damaged products

We inspect and pack everything that goes out, so if what you've received is in any way defective, damaged or not as described, please shout. Include your order number and where possible, a photo of the product in question and any other info you think might be useful. Thanks!

 

Changing Your Mind

Sometimes we make rush decision, or don't get the size quite right when making a selection. The laws around Change of Mind differ from country to country, but with a little communication I'm sure we can work everything out.

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase (other than where the product is damaged/defective, or where you feel it is not as described on our site), then let's talk - you'll just need to get in touch within 14 days of receiving the goods.

 

Please be aware that if we do not receive your returned product, we cannot refund it, so please ensure you keep your proof of postage.
